Auditing and Informatics Services Company Limited (AISC) is a consulting and auditing company operating independently, legally on a large-scale in Vietnam.
The
company was formerly Auditing and Informatics Services Company, which
was founded under Decision No.1292/QD-UB-TM dated April 29th,
1994 of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. According to
Decision No 5029/ QD-UBND dated November 07th,
2007 of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and Business
Registration Certificate No. 4102064184 dated August 13th,
2008 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh
City, the Company has been converted into Auditing
and Informatic Services Company Limited (AISC).
AISC is a member of international auditing organization - Inpact Asia Pacific.
Under Decision No. 51/2000/QD-UBCK2 of the Chairman of State Stock Committee, AISC is one of the first independent auditing companies allowed to audit organizations issuing and trading stocks.
AISC has specialists who have been trained in Vietnam, UK, Belgium, Ireland with high profession and long - experienced in Informatics, Accounting, Financial and Enterprise Management. AISC’ clients operate in most of fields such as Banking, Commerce, Construction- Service, Communication and Industry.
